Mandatory Flu Vaccinations Beginning October 8, 2018
We will offer free flu vaccine clinics to our employees, physicians, and volunteers as we have done every year, at various locations and times for your convenience. The flu clinic schedule and a detailed “Frequently Asked Questions” document will be placed on the SHIP Intranet or can be obtained from your manager. Those who receive the flu vaccine outside of Suburban Hospital will be required to provide documentation to Employee Health. The final flu clinic will be held on November 16, 2018.
