A Note from Jacky Schultz, President, Suburban Hospital
Dear Colleagues,
Suburban Hospital continually strives to provide the safest, highest-quality care for our patients. Your continued dedication to patient safety embodies this institution’s commitment to quality improvement. We thank you for helping us foster a culture of safety.
As you are an important leader in ensuring the safety and quality of care delivered to Suburban Hospital patients, we invite you to attend the annual Armstrong Institute Patient Safety and Quality Forum which will be held on Thursday, Nov. 1, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the hospital’s auditorium.
This forum will feature an update on quality-based reimbursement, an overview of resilience in high-reliability organizations, and recognition of recent Suburban patient safety success stories. It will also include presentations on workplace violence and clinical care pathways. You will have an opportunity to share your ideas in a Q&A session.
We hope to see you at the event and that you will encourage your employees to attend.
Best regards,
Jacky Schultz, R.N., M.S.N.
President, Suburban Hospital
