Clinical Office Space Available for Lease in New Medical Office Pavilion
From Jacky Schultz, President:
I would like to invite you to take advantage of the opportunity to lease space in the new medical office pavilion that is scheduled to open in January 2020 on Suburban Hospital’s campus at 8600 Old Georgetown Road in Bethesda, MD.
The medical office pavilion is part of Suburban’s $275 million campus transformation, which includes a 300,000 square foot clinical addition that will be adjacent to the current building and connected by a bright and airy breezeway. The medical office pavilion will comprise approximately 35,000 square feet of the clinical addition and will be located on the entry level of the building, close to the convenient onsite parking garage.
The clinical addition comprises a number of enhanced and expanded services to better serve patients, visitors and medical staff, including:
§ High-tech operating rooms with hybrid and robotic technologies
§ State-of-the-art cardiac catheterization labs
§ All private medical and surgical patient rooms
§ The Marriott Education and Conference Center
§ A patient and family resource center
§ A meditation space and other onsite amenities
Office space in Suburban Hospital’s Medical Office Pavilion is available only to physicians with clinical privileges at Suburban. Attached is information with terms for medical office space, including rates and operating hours. I hope that you and your team will join us as we expand our world-class offerings to the residents of Montgomery County and the greater Washington region.
