Evolution of Clinical Cancer Genetics

Part of the Oncology Grand Rounds Series - Judy E. Garber, MD MPH, presents on the evolution of clinical cancer genetics. She discusses who should be undergoing genetic testing and how restrictive criteria should be, overviews critieria for cancer patients and non-cancer patients, and describes what genes should be tested. Further objectives include, defining which models of delivering genetics services should be used, the impact of technology in epidemology (The case of Li Fraumeni Syndrome), and the precision prevention forinherited cancer syndromes.
